The work begins with practical questions about organisations, people and technology, then follows those questions into the wider systems around them: infrastructure, trust, knowledge, institutions, capital, ownership and the ways value is created and retained.
The aim is to make emerging changes easier to understand while there is still room to shape what happens next.
